Introduction：It is widely acknowledged that China is going to play a significant role in both the production and consumption of biopharmaceuticals over the next decade. If the Chinese BioPharma market continues to grow at pace, a consistent pipeline of talent is needed to sustain it. BioPharma companies need to invest in training and development now to ensure the longevity of their businesses, finding ways to engage with the workforce of the future and securing long-term growth. This session will be led by NIBRT, the global centre of excellence for training and research in bioprocessing, based in Dublin, Ireland. NIBRT’s mission is to support the biopharmaceutical industry by providing a unique learning experiences for trainees. Brining their expertise to China for the first time, this session will feature a presentation from NIBRT on global biopharma workforce challenges, in addition to a series of presentations and case studies from their Partners.
